5. Custom Commissions and Personal Design Materials

Custom artwork and jewelry often begin with personal ideas, meaningful objects, photographs, or stories.

Information and materials you share for a commission are used to communicate with you, develop your design, and complete your project.

T. Hawk Studio may photograph and showcase its original jewelry and artwork, provided doing so does not disclose private customer information or violate an agreement with the customer.

We will seek your permission before publicly sharing identifiable personal stories, customer photographs, or private commission materials.

If you have questions about how your commission materials are used or would like to request their deletion, please contact us.

6. Marketing Emails

T. Hawk Studio occasionally sends emails about new jewelry, artwork, exhibitions, studio events, and special announcements.

You may join our mailing list through website forms, checkout marketing opt-ins, or direct interactions with the studio.

Marketing communications are intended for people who have chosen to receive them. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe instructions provided or by contacting us directly.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent us from sending necessary communications about your orders, purchases, or commissions.
