Shipping & Delivery Policy
At T. Hawk Studio, every piece is carefully packaged to help ensure it arrives safely. We offer shipping, local delivery, and private studio pickup by prior arrangement.
Order Processing
Ready-to-ship jewelry orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment is received. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
Custom jewelry, commissioned artwork, and made-to-order pieces have individual production timelines. Estimated completion and shipping arrangements will be discussed during the commissioning process.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated using fixed rates based on the size category of the item purchased.
The applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Shipping & Transit Times
Once an order ships, delivery times depend on the carrier and destination. Shipping transit times are separate from our standard processing period.
Weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, and other circumstances may affect delivery schedules.
Local Delivery
Local delivery is available for eligible orders in the Casper, Wyoming area Thursday through Saturday only.
Customers who select local delivery at checkout will be contacted directly by T. Hawk Studio after placing their order to arrange a delivery day and time.
Applicable delivery charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout. Delivery appointments are subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance.
Private Studio Pickup
Studio pickup is available by prior arrangement only.
T. Hawk Studio operates from a private studio. Customers who select studio pickup will be contacted to coordinate an appointment, and pickup instructions will be provided privately.
Please do not arrive without a confirmed appointment.
Custom Orders & Original Artwork
Shipping and delivery arrangements for custom commissions, sculptures, and larger original artworks may be determined individually based on size, weight, packaging requirements, and destination.
Any special arrangements or additional charges will be communicated before fulfillment.
Shipping Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact T. Hawk Studio promptly.
