Simple Black Onyx Earrings

Anything you see in my shop can be made in a different size, metal, shape, etc.  Or, you can request a custom order. I love collaborations, challenges and crafting pieces that tell a personal story. Message me with any details.

Please keep in mind that while I strive to make every piece amazing, these are handmade works. So recreated pieces will not look EXACTLY the same. I can come very close to recreating anything you see in my shop though.

Since metals patina or tarnish over time, please allow 1-3 days for a final cleaning and polishing of your purchased item before I send it out. 

I will ship your package insured and email you an expected arrival date and a tracking number so you can keep an eye out for your package.

For Pick-up Orders, I will notify you via email (unless specified otherwise in the notes at check out) a time and date your order will ready for pick-up.

You can cancel anytime before I have shipped your item for no additional fee. 

If for any reason you are unhappy with your item when you receive it, please contact me immediately. I will ALWAYS try to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.  I want you to love your piece as much as I love making them. 

If we can not come up with a reasonable solution to the problem, I will refund your purchase if the item is returned in it's original condition with 14 days of complaint. 

If for any reason you want to cancel your order, after it is shipped, you have 14 days to do so.  You may ship it back to me and be refunded once I have received the item in it's original condition.

*This return policy does not extend to custom orders. For custom orders a deposit will be required, if you would like to cancel your custom order, you will forfeit your deposit amount.
